Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 August 2026
These terms govern your use of the Naqliati app and service. By signing in you accept them. If you do not, do not use the app — and if you have already signed up, you can delete your account at any time.
What Naqliati is
Naqliati connects people who need something moved with independent captains who own trucks and carry out the journey. We are the platform, not the carrier. The transport contract is between you and the captain. We are responsible for running the app, matching the two of you, calculating the fare, and handling complaints — not for driving the truck.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older to hold an account and legally able to enter a contract.
- One account per phone number. Your phone number is your identity here, and the one-time code sent to it is how we know it is you — keep control of it and do not let anyone else sign in as you.
- The information you give us must be true. A captain’s name, identity document and vehicle papers must be their own and current.
- You are responsible for what happens on your account.
Orders and fares
- The fare is the price per kilometre of the vehicle category you choose, multiplied by the road distance between your pickup and drop-off, less any promo discount. Each category also has a minimum fare, which applies when the journey is short enough that the per-kilometre price would fall below it. The total is shown before you order and fixed at that moment — a later price change never rewrites an order already placed.
- Payment is cash to the captain at the end of the journey. The app takes no card and holds no money.
- If you change the destination after the journey has started, that is a matter between you and the captain, and the app’s recorded fare will not reflect it.
- You may cancel while an order is still searching for a captain at no cost. Cancelling after a captain has accepted and set off wastes their trip, and repeated cancellations may cost you access to the service.
- An order that no captain accepts is cancelled automatically after a while. Place another.
What you may not send
You may not use Naqliati to move anything you are not legally entitled to move. That includes weapons, explosives, drugs, smuggled or stolen goods, live animals in conditions that harm them, hazardous materials the vehicle is not licensed for, and anything else prohibited under Iraqi law.
Captains may refuse a load, and are expected to refuse one they believe falls under this clause. Misrepresenting what is in a load is a breach of these terms and can end your account immediately.
Conduct, messages and reviews
The app lets you write: chat messages to the other party of an order, a note on an order, a review of a captain, and complaints to our staff. That content is yours, and you are responsible for it. You agree not to send anything that is:
- abusive, threatening, harassing, hateful, or sexual;
- false in a way designed to damage someone, or a review of a journey that never happened;
- someone else’s personal information, published without their agreement;
- spam, advertising, or an attempt to move the deal off the platform to avoid it;
- otherwise unlawful.
There is no tolerance for abusive content or behaviour. Chat exists so the two people on a job can coordinate the job, and it closes when the job does.
Reporting someone
If a captain or a customer sends you something abusive, behaves badly, or misuses the service, report it from inside the app: open the order and raise a complaint, which reaches our staff with the order and its conversation attached. You can also email info@senmmar.com.
We read every report, normally within one working day. We can warn, suspend or permanently remove an account, and we remove content that breaks these terms. An account we remove does not come back.
For captains
- You are an independent operator, not our employee. You choose when to go online and which jobs to accept.
- You must hold a valid licence and valid papers for every vehicle you use here, and keep them current. We may ask to see them again at any time and may suspend an account whose papers have lapsed.
- You must carry the load you accepted, to the destination on the order, and hand it to the customer or the recipient they named.
- Commission on completed journeys, and the prepaid balance it is charged against, are described in the app. Where commission is not currently being charged, that is a decision we may reverse with notice, and never retroactively.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise the app will be free of interruption or error, and matching depends on captains being available near you, which we do not guarantee. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Iraqi law. Loss of or damage to goods in transit is a matter between the customer and the captain who accepted the job; we will provide the records of the order to either of you to help settle it, and our own liability is limited to the fare of the journey in question.
Suspension and ending your account
You can delete your account at any time — see delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that we believe is being used fraudulently, or that puts other users at risk. Where we can, we say why.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Iraq, and the courts of Baghdad have jurisdiction over any dispute.
