Deleting your Naqliati account

You can delete your Naqliati account yourself, from inside the app. You do not need to contact us, and there is no waiting period.

This permanently deletes your account. Your name, phone number, cars and photos, saved addresses, order history and any remaining subscription credit is erased. It cannot be undone.
Your account has been deleted.
Everything listed above has been erased and your phone number has been released. If you sign up again with the same number you will get a brand-new, empty account.
How to delete it
- Open the Naqliati app and sign in.
- Customers: go to Profile & Settings (the last tab).
Captains: go to Profile (the last tab). - Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, in red under Log out.
- Read what will be deleted, tick “I understand this is permanent”, then tap Delete my account permanently and confirm once more.
What gets deleted
- Your name, phone number and profile
- Your saved cars, including any car photos you uploaded
- Your saved addresses
- Your order history and any remaining credit on a subscription
- All signed-in sessions, on every device
What this means
It is permanent. There is no way to reactivate a deleted account and no way to recover the data. We cannot restore it for you, even if you ask.
Signing up again gives you a new account. You can register again with the same phone number, but it will be a brand-new, empty account. None of your old cars, addresses, order history or subscription comes back with it.
Any remaining subscription credit is forfeited.
What is kept, and why
Completed orders are kept as anonymous financial records — the amount, the date, and what the captain was paid. Every field that identifies you is erased first: the name, the phone number, the address and the location coordinates are all removed. The business is required to retain its transaction records, but there is nothing left in them that points back to you.
If you cannot open the app
If you have lost access to your phone number and cannot sign in to delete the account yourself, email info@senmmar.com from an address you can be reached at, and tell us the phone number on the account. We will verify ownership before deleting anything.
